This hotel boasts an excellent location near the University of Illinois, along with friendly staff and very clean accommodations. The King Suite I stayed in was perfect for my needs. The complimentary parking and attention to cleanliness made my experience very pleasant! Would recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Encountered multiple issues during our stay, particularly with room assignments. We received incorrect keys not once, but twice, leading to awkward moments entering occupied rooms. The breakfast options are limited, which made finding a seat during peak times quite the struggle. The shower drained slowly, leaving an unpleasant experience standing in water. Cleaning in common areas, especially seating, could definitely be improved, as the sofas appeared stained and neglected. Also, a lack of ventilation in the bathroom can be an inconvenience for those who value freshness in their space.

home, providing helpful recommendations during our stay. However, the room lacked basic amenities like a fridge, which was disappointing. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and I would consider staying again despite the missing conveniences.

Had a great time staying here with friends! We explored the vibrant downtown and visited the University of Illinois campus. The hotel was super clean with a nice breakfast and convenient location. The nearby Perkins was an added bonus for meals. Totally recommend this place for a fun getaway.

The only downside was the AC in our room. it was pretty loud and disruptive.

In my kids’ opinion, more room for them to play would be awesome.

Families looking for decent lodging

The staff was very friendly and helpful like Ashlee at the front desk who really went out of her way to accommodate us and even remembered our previous call about checking in early. The hotel was clean and orderly, which is what you'd expect but it's nice when they deliver on that promise.

It wasn't exactly cheap but, you know, for a family stay it was acceptable.
